Alyssa beamed from ear to ear that night. She was allowed to start going to Activity Days a few months earlier than her 8th birthday. She was just tickled to be part of the planning for the Daddy Daughter Date in November. I lucked out with a birds eye view of the party, being able to help serve the girls and take photos. Alyssa was in complete heaven. She needed a new dress, so I bought one for Todd to give her. Unfortunately we didn’t realize how stink’n short it was until she had it on and had fallen in love with it. Lesson learned…
At any rate, Todd and her had a great time, and the girls loved watching their daddy’s dance and do the polka!
When Todd went to open the door for her to get in the car, she said “Dad, we should have rented a Limo or something too!”
