I failed! Alyssa asked me yesterday why God created boys and girls. I explained the eternal principle of familys that we believe in and that's why the first people on the earth were Adam and Eve. She then said, "well then why didn't Heavenly Father put a boy and girl as the first people. He put two boys."
She had no idea that Eve was a female.
I coulda sworn we've covered that on more than one occasion over the past seven years. Huh, maybe not! :)
