MOM: “Now Alyssa, if you want one of these dollies for Christmas, you know they are special and something you will want to take care of even when you are a teenager and keep til you’re a mommy.”
ALYSSA: “Is that what you did. Was this one…used to be yours?” as she points to another doll that she already has.
MOM: “Nope. That one wasn’t mine. They didn’t even have these special dolls when I was little.”
ALYSSA: “SO, not even 3 thousand years ago, they didn’t have those dolls? Isn’t that when you were born…3 thousand years ago?”
